While metal is strong, please note most metal alloys do stretch slightly over time, and jewelry chains can be delicate. If your permanent piece suffers damage within the first 48 hours, please visit us for a complimentary fix.

If it has been more than 48 hours but less than 21 days since your weld, a small fee of $15 will apply to fix any damage incurred ✨

Our chains are made from solid 14K gold, which resists tarnishing and color change. Their longevity varies based on lifestyle but they are crafted to be durable.

Like any precious metal, your jewelry may lose shine over time. We provide a polish cloth to help maintain its luster.

If necessary, the chain can be easily cut with scissors. Re-welding is available for a fee should you choose to reattach it.

Each appointment typically lasts about 10 minutes per person.
