Please note, permanent jewelry refers to clasp free jewelry, and much like housing foundations can crack - nothing is truly permanent.

All permanent jewelry and premade jewelry are final sale and non refundable. Permanent jewelry is a custom piece made specifically for you, once it's cut it's non refundable.

After 48 hours we are not able to offer a replacement due to the nature of the wearers lifestyle being out of our control.

We offer a 48 hour warranty on all of our permanent jewelry chains. We provide one FREE reweld for any jewelry that has fallen off or has been removed at any point. If the permanent option is no longer working for your lifestyle, we can add a clasp.

Sizing

Recommended sizing
Overtime jewelry can stretch. Metals are all affected by heat. These chain will sit on your skin 24/7, body heat can cause slight stretching.

We use precious metals such as sterling silver, 14k gold filled and solid gold. These metals are much softer than other metals such as iron and steel.

Fitting

What is the proper fit to prevent stretching?

Bracelets - The recommended fit for permanent jewelry is snugged with a small amount of slack (enough to fit a finger) to allow for swelling and some movement. This is to minimize breakage and provide the most comfortable fit. A loose fit that will constantly move around while doing everyday chores and can be annoying.

Anklets - It is highly recommended to place the chain above the ankle bone. This is the area of the foot that has the least amount of flexing when walking or running. Placing the chain right against the bone and underneath will be uncomfortable for the wearer. The chain will rub against the back of the foot and may cause blisters

• Always store your jewelry in the suede pouch or an airtight jewelry box provided.
• Avoid exposure to water, chemicals, lotions, perfumes, or direct sunlight to maintain the integrity of your jewelry.
• Put your jewelry on last when getting ready and remove it first to prevent contact with clothing, hairspray, or cosmetics.
• Never sleep, bathe, or swim with your jewelry.

Solid Gold Jewelry (14k and Higher)

• Solid gold pieces are highly durable and ideal for everyday wear, but they still benefit from proper care.
• Gently clean with warm water, mild soap, and a soft cloth. Avoid abrasive materials that can create fine scratches on the surface.
• Store in the suede pouch or a jewelry box to prevent tangling or scratching.
• Avoid exposure to harsh chemicals such as chlorine or cleaning products, which can dull the shine over time.

Gold-Filled, Vermeil, and Sterling Silver Jewelry

• Gold-Filled Jewelry: Gently wipe with a soft, dry cloth after each wear. Store in a cool, dry place to prevent tarnishing. Avoid excessive polishing, as this can wear down the gold layer.
• Vermeil Jewelry: Vermeil pieces are gold-plated over sterling silver. Use only a soft, dry cloth to clean. If water spots occur, lightly wipe with a cloth dampened with water and gently dry. Do not use abrasive cleaning agents.
• Sterling Silver Jewelry: Sterling silver can be cleaned with a silver polishing cloth but should be stored in an airtight box or pouch to prevent tarnishing. Avoid bending or excessive force on clasps and earring posts, as they are more delicate.

Jewelry with Gemstones or Pearls

• Gemstones and pearls are porous and delicate. Clean gently with a soft, damp cloth and avoid cleaning agents, ultrasonic cleaners, or polishing cloths.
• Store gemstone and pearl pieces in a separate pouch to prevent scratches. Always keep them dry and away from chemicals, lotions, or perfumes.

Specialty Chains and Plated Metals

• Specialty chains and plated metals should be wiped gently with a soft cloth and stored in a dry, cool place. Avoid frequent polishing, as this can cause the plating to wear down over time.
