Lexie
She's best described as a creative logic woman by nature, with an eye for precision detail and interesting ideas.
Lexie isn't just our CEO and Owner, she's the visionary who ignited the Golden Bond sparkle! A creative powerhouse, Lexie blends logic with a sprinkle of magic (and an love for detail that won't quit!). ✨
She started her business journey with a marketing and PR degree from Virginia Tech, but then followed her passion all the way to Aveda Institute SoHo in NYC to become a cosmetology whiz. For over a decade, Lexie's magic studio touch was transforming hair with high end color and editorial work. But then, 2020 change the course she was on. Never one to settle, she turned a dark moment into a sparkling new creative experience!
Lexie's now our resident event queen, making sure every Golden Bond pop-up is a dazzling success. She's also a permanent jewelry educator, sharing her knowledge with anyone who wants to learn about the magic of sparkle that lasts.
One of her favorites parts of welding jewelry and executing our events are the stories and people she gets to meet while delivering sparkles and smiles!

Peter
You won't see him much, by day this man is a running a bigger operation, but behind the scenes he's the one helping Lexie keep the Golden Bond polished!
With over 12 years of experience leading in both the military and aviation industries, Peter brings a unique blend of strategic thinking and operational excellence to the table. ✈️
This man can not only dream up a winning game plan, but also make sure it gets executed flawlessly. He graduated with an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, but his generous heart, team spirit and self driven inner fire is what we think really makes him sparkle! He's passionate about creating an environment where everyone feels supported and can bring their A-game, because that's how we keep the Golden Bond magic alive.
Fun fact: Peter was the first person to ever see the Golden Bond plan. From crunching numbers, to cutting out foam travel cases, and keeping Lexie going: he is the Golden Guy. our team to shine bright. ✨

Mia
Hi!! I'm Mia, one of the Golden Girls at Golden Bond Jewelry, and a rising first-year Kinesiology student at UVA.
I danced for over 10 years and was a captain of my high-school's dance team and co-founded a multicultural children's book company: Ink Children's Books. No stranger to art, I've illustrated and published my own book, "The Super Spectacular Sushi Cycle".
When I'm not dancing, studying, or crafting unique jewelry pieces at GB, I'm catching movies or going on food runs with friends and family. I can't wait to help you find your permanent piece that perfectly resembles you; come sparkle with me!

Howdy! My name is Sky and I am one of the welders and team members here at Golden Bond Jewelry.
My favorite part about working at Golden Bond are the "bonds" that we create to ensure you glow (both before and after you leave). Outside of the studio, I specialize in micro-mechanics, welding, and stained glass.
When I'm not wearing my silly magnifying glasses, I'm focusing my time on fire performance and traveling. Permanent jewelry isn't just a welded chain, it can resemble a lasting memory. I would love to help you design something special to see you SHINE!

Hey! My name is Taara, and I am another member of the beautiful Golden Bond Jewelry team.
During my time at Golden Bond, I’ve grown to appreciate the unique stories shared by each of you during a weld. Whether it is a piece of jewelry that sparks a conversation or a song you may hear me play on the speaker, I love sharing a memorable moment with each individual soul!
I am studying Social Justice & Human Rights as a third year student at George Mason University. When I’m not on-site, you’ll likely find me marching for what I believe in or learning a new instrument (or doing anything musically inclined.)
I’ve found immense amounts of happiness in each weld and within my team. I’m looking forward to meeting you and to make your permanent jewelry experience a permanent positive memory, too!

When I'm not working I'm most likely doing something else creative. I love designing clothing and drawing. I also stay active by going to the gym and being outside in nature.
