Your Appointment
Every appointment starts at our chain bar — an interactive styling experience where you can try chains on, layer them, and find your fit before anything is permanent. A Golden Bond stylist works with you to build your piece: chain style, charms, birthstone bezels, or a custom laser-engraved pendant with a date, word, signature, or paw print.
Before your weld, you'll pull a Golden Vibes affirmation card. A small ritual — because even an everyday piece deserves a moment of intention. At the close of your appointment, you'll also have the option to select an energy stone to keep close.
Once your piece is built and sized, a small pulse arc weld fuses the ends together with a sterling silver jump ring, creating a seamless loop you can live in. The whole process takes about 15 to 20 minutes.

- Custom clasp anklet: You pick the chain and charm. We build it, package it, and ship it anywhere in the US.
- Gift a permanent weld: We'll connect your recipient with a certified Golden Bond contractor near them for their finishing weld — so they get the full experience wherever they are.

How do I take care of my jewelry?
14K Gold
Each Golden Bond Jewelry piece comes with a Golden Care kit including jewelry cleaning solution, cloth, cleaning tool and instructions. When in doubt, scrub lightly with a fresh,, soft bristle toothbrush, soap and warm water. You can also buff your pieces using the cloth included in your order.
Sterling Silver
Gently rub the surface with the cloth included in your order.
Do you have a warranty?
Yes! Each Golden Bond Jewelry piece comes with a complimentary repair, refit, or reweld. Whether it's a wedding, an MRI or a stretched chain, the golden network can assist you with a fix. . Simply contact us and we’ll our team will aid you with suitable options, in studio or by mail..
Please note: This warranty does not cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear, improper use or storage of your product, and any modification to your product done by a third party.
How do I use the polishing cloth?
Gently rub the surface of your piece with the polishing cloth. Never wash the polishing cloth as it will lose its effectiveness, and keep out of reach of children!

Yes! Most all our jewelry is customizable, especially for corpoate and business partnerships and events .
