We send you home with a mini jewelry solution vial, perfect for routine touch-ups.
But if you run out?
Dawn dish soap + warm water is one of the best at-home cleaners.
Just soak briefly, rinse, and pat dry with a soft cloth.
2. Rinse After Saltwater or Chlorine
Your jewelry can absolutely handle water — but it can’t control what’s in the water.
At the beach or pool, simply rinse your chain with non-chlorinated water afterward to keep it looking its best.
Long exposure to chlorine (think: hours in a hotel pool) can dull any metal over time, so a quick fresh-water rinse is your best friend.
3. Headed on a long salty Vacation? Add a Temporary Clasp!
If you know you’ll be swimming constantly or doing high-activity travel, consider having us temporarily add a clasp before your trip.

Repairs for solid gold typically fall between $40-$55, depending on where the break is and what is needed.
Modern Gold Fill and Sterling Silver repairs follow similar guidelines.
