Meet the Founder
Lexie Badawy is the founder and CEO of Golden Bond Jewelry. With a background in creative design, entrepreneurship, and experiential retail, Lexie built Golden Bond on the belief that jewelry should create connection — that it should mark moments, celebrate relationships, and become part of a personal story.
Since founding the company in 2024, Lexie has grown Golden Bond from a single Virginia studio into an experiential brand that serves luxury hotels, corporate clients, professional sports organizations, and national conferences. Under her leadership, Golden Bond has been featured in Northern Virginia Magazine, The Burn, Let's Batch, and The Reston Letter, and named the preferred permanent jewelry vendor for Associated Luxury Hotels International's Inner Circle Roadshow.
"Jewelry is the golden bond between everyone. It crosses ethnicities, races, colors, socioeconomic statuses. It unites people together." — Lexie Badawy

Studio Stories
A day at the Golden Bond
A day at Golden Bond opens with music on, chains laid out, and the team preparing the space to feel calm and welcoming.
Appointments flow in throughout the day with friends celebrating milestones, women treating themselves, couples marking moments, and first-timers curious about permanent jewelry.
Each experience begins with conversation & golden vibes; our blend of energy and intention through a playful affirmation card pull.
Next, we guide you and your guests through chain styles, metals, and personalization options, taking the time to listen and help them choose something that feels right. Welding is careful and precise, but the moments around it are what linger — laughter, reflection, connection.
Between appointments, the studio hums with design, organization, and preparation for upcoming events and private parties. No two days look exactly the same, but the intention always is.
Golden Bond exists to slow things down — to create space for creativity, connection, and jewelry that carries meaning long after you leave the shop.

Creative Studio & Showroom
Golden Bond’s permanent bracelet and jewelry studio is where design, connection, and experience come together.
Located in Great Falls, Virginia, our space is part showroom, part creative studio — designed for intentional moments rather than rushed transactions. This is where permanent jewelry appointments unfold, workshops are hosted, and private parties take shape.
The studio was created to feel calm, welcoming, and lived-in. Chains are laid out for styling, conversations happen naturally, and guests are invited to slow down and create something meaningful. It’s a place to gather with friends, celebrate milestones, or simply enjoy a thoughtful moment for yourself.
Whether you’re visiting for a permanent bracelet, hosting a jewelry party, or attending a workshop, our studio is meant to feel personal — a space where jewelry becomes memory, and connection is the point.
