The specialty retail activation will feature Permanent Jewelry -The Bracelet Bar by Golden Bond, and is set launch this summer at the mall.

Our founder, Lexie, created the first full time, experiential jewelry studio in Northern Virginia. While they weren't the first to do permanent jewelry in the region - they were the first to make the experiential retail concept a core product and stick with. The original 200sqft studio in Reston, Virginia made way for th current home base: Golden Bond Jewelry in Great Falls.  In their 1,000 sqft studio-store-office blend the brand hosts private parties, does custom laser engraving, permanent jewelry, ready to wear earring bar, and permanent jewelry welding and business training - as well as house all the events gear and decor that makes every party, event and bond stand out.

How much does it cost?

Golden Bond prices permanent jewelry at a flat rate per chain style — not by the inch. That means your cost is the same whether your wrist is 6 inches or 8 inches. Pricing varies by metal type and chain design. Sterling silver is our most approachable entry point, gold-fill and specialty are our most popular - thought solid 14K gold often ties those collections in demand.  Solid gold is the ultimate forever piece, and is for clients who desire the absolute highest quality to stand the test of time.

Charms and add-ons are priced individually, but most are around $25-35 dollars.

Can I shower, swim, and work out with it?

Yes, yes, and yes. Our 14K gold and gold-fill chains are water-resistant, tarnish-resistant, and hypoallergenic. We designed every piece in our collection to be worn 24/7 without babying it. The ocean, the pool, the gym, the shower — your permanent jewelry handles all of it.

While specially sealed to last longer, sterling silver can tarnish over time with heavy water exposure, but a quick polish with silver cleaner, baking soda or Dawn dish soap brings it right back. We're happy to clean and polish any Golden Bond piece anytime you visit.

What if I need it removed?

It happens — surgery, an MRI, travel through certain security checkpoints. If you need your permanent jewelry off, you can snip the jump ring with small wire cutters or nail clippers in about two seconds. It doesn't damage the chain. Bring it back to us and we'll re-weld it for a small service fee.
